The core materials of SPC flooring

1）Limestone Powder (Calcium Carbonate):

This is the primary component of SPC flooring, making up around 60% of its composition. Limestone provides the rigidity and stability of the flooring, ensuring it doesn’t easily warp or bend.

2）Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC):

PVC accounts for about 30% of the material and acts as the binder and forming agent. It gives the flooring flexibility and impact resistance while ensuring its eco-friendly properties.

3）Stabilizers:

These are used to ensure the material remains stable during high-temperature processing, preventing decomposition or degradation. Stabilizers play a key role in maintaining the durability and performance of SPC flooring.
